The breakfast I can't get enough of ; High protein, satisfying, delicious, creamy overnight oats
I've been having these oats for years now (yes, years). It's super easy to make, nutritious and perfect to meal prep. It makes for an awesome on the go breakfast.
I can't remember the exact moment that I became an overnight oat gal, but I do remember it quickly became my go to. I prepare it the night before and what's exciting is that there are TONS of ways to make it your own. Anyone who I've told the recipe too, has fallen in love with it and adapted it to their liking! I love adding banana and frozen blueberries.
Perfect Fall Overnight Oats
Section 1:Ingredients
3 tablespoon 0% greek yogurt
1/4 cup quick oats
1/3 cup Almond milk (if you like them thicker add less)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon almond butter (or a substitution)
Fruit (frozen or fresh)
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon chocolate chips, walnuts, cranberries (optional)
Section 2: Directions
First step is to get a bowl or a meal prep container:
In the bowl, add the oats, greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla and mix it
Add in your desired fruit, and nut butter
Refrigerate overnight
